Enjoy a brief a visit to the 800-mile Trans-Alaska Oil Pipeline. Next you will learn more about the
area’s rich, gold-rush history as you visit Gold Dredge #8. Spend this afternoon at the resort at
Chena Hot Springs where you will have a chance to soak in the naturally heated pools. Upon
your return to Fairbanks you will have an included, all-you-can-eat dinner at the Alaska Salmon
Bake.

This morning travel by deluxe motorcoach to the nearby community of North Pole, Alaska for a
visit to the Santa Claus House giftshop. Have a chance to meet some of Santa’s Reindeer! This
afternoon enjoy a brief Fairbanks city tour and a ride in the Riverboat Discovery on the Chena
and Nenana Rivers. The riverboat stops at a recreated Athabascan Indian Village where you will
learn about the Native people’s way of life. This evening a dinner is included at a local musher’s
house. Meet the current and future athletes that participate in Alaska’s official state sport.
